Order Shipping Time

Orders placed before 3:00 pm local time are normally sent the same day.

All orders shipped F.O.B. Saskatoon, SK. Orders are shipped freight prepaid and billed. Skis, wear bars, oil and tracks are shipped freight collect. Out of zone areas will be shipped freight collect. Title passes to customer at our dock. Shipper’s responsibility is limited to proof of delivery to carrier. Recreation Supply Co. reserves the right to back order/split ship on a purchase order if necessary.

Freight Policy

Due to freight company policy a dangerous/hazardous goods surcharge will be levied on shipments containing these items.

Changing an order

Your order is entered directly into our computer, printed and picked immediately. Most often it is not possible to change an order in progress.

Recreation Supply Co. will gladly accept unused merchandise returns (within 21 days) for exchange or refund at your option. Returns must be new, unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Sorry no returns on electrical parts. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and shipped return prepaid. No CODs accepted. Remember to insure for full value. Returns not meeting the above requirements will be shipped back at customer’s expense.

Warrantees and Guarantees

We do not guarantee the items sold by us or warranty the merchantability and fitness of purpose. Manufacturers supply their own warranties and guarantees and do not permit a distributor to make any adjustments, replace any part or accept for return or exchange any defective or unsatisfactory item. Please follow the guarantee instructions when provided by the manufacturer. Any damages arising from the design or manufacturing of any item are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.
